| Mrs. Tseng has overall 32 years of working experience in HR, consulting, and retailing industries. Having accomplished the mission successfully for her previous positions, Mrs. Tseng has been recognized by her capabilities and insights in precisely understanding students' background and their needs for advanced studies. Brought alone her 21-year HR professional experiences in local and international corporates, search firms and non-profit HR organization, Mrs. Tseng joins SECS to extend her consulting expertise in career consulting, school selection, and essay counseling. Prior to joining SECS, Mrs. Tseng was the General Manager of IIC Partners - Shanghai, global top 8th executive search firm; Adia L&M, a Switzerland-based search firm; and the founder and General Manager of HRGini, a joint venture of two local listed companies. Mrs. Tseng completed her EMBA program in National Taiwan University in 2005. With her major in Sociology in Wesleyan College, Mrs. Tseng graduated as an honor student in 1989 and received membership of Pi Gamma Mui (International Honor Society of Humanity Sciences). Mrs. Tseng is also a member of the Board of Committee of Chinese Human Resources Management Association (CHRMA) in Taiwan from 1999 to 2008 and a founding member of Taipei Pei-An Rotary Club from 2000 to 2008. |

Morris Chen serves as the Head Writing Advisor and the Manager of Global Partnerships at Scholar Education. She received her M.A. in Higher and Postsecondary Education from Teachers College, Columbia University, and is an alumna of the College of William and Mary. Over the past ten years, Morris has advised thousands of admissions-related documents and hosted many seminars on academic writing, critical thinking, and American higher education. She has helped many students receive offers from top programs at the undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral levels. | Ms. Vicky Tseng is one of the founders of SECS, and have stationed in Taichung since her official participation in 1997. Vicky has been involved in the field of education counseling since 1992. She has a thorough grasp of the entire application process – including education counseling, school selection, application process and miscellanies – and has been certified by AEI of Australia and NZTDC of New Zealand during these years of services. Vicky is currently in charge of our language program department, along with her duty to bridge SECS with the numerous institutions of foreign countries. |

Mr. Han-Wen Chen, Consultant
| Mr. Han-Wen Chen is an experienced business consultant who works with SEG to advise students who are interested in pursuing a career in computer science, electrical engineering, finance, and business. He earned his B.S. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Engineering, and an M.S. in Computer Science from Cornell University with a minor in Finance. Having an overall of 24 years of engineering experience with multinational companies and national research institute, Mr. Chen is especially insightful – from his own experiences and that of others’ – in the operation of multinational companies and their standard of talent selection. | Ms. Monica Lin obtained her master's degree in education at the University of Pennsylvania. She has taught ESL at several universities in Taichung, and has extensive experience in preparing students for standardized tests, such as TOEFL, IELTS, and SAT. Monica teaches students to solve questions in a strategic way and is especially good at boosting students' English writing and speaking skills. |

Ms. Nina Nian received her Ph.D. in Bioengineering from Northeastern University and completed her bachelor’s studies at the East China University of Science and Technology. She is an experienced teacher who can significantly improve student’s math, science, and logical thinking skills, and prepare them for standardized exams such as the SSAT, SAT, GRE math, SAT Subject Biology, SAT Subject Chemistry, and AP Calculus. She is especially skilled in helping students prepare for the SAT and GRE exams.
